In-stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours.
When you place an order with Angelico your credit card not charge until the item is actually shipped.
We work hard to make sure we have our products in stock, occasionally tremendous demand will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder. We will notify you via e-mail when the item becomes available to see if you would still like to receive it. Your credit card will only be charged for the item only when it is shipped to you.
Customs, import duties and brokerage fees are charge when the shipment arrives in the country of destination. The receipient is responsible for all of these charges. Angelico does not have control over these charges. We will be happy to assist you in finding the best method to send your package, but you may wish to contact your customs office or preferred shipper for more information.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If a product fails to meet your expectations simply return it within a reasonable amount of time and we will refund, replace or exchange it for you. Please see Returns for details.
We hope you will be delighted with your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept returns within 10 days of receipt of the package.
